## 3\. Quotes, Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars. Mitigation quotes are provided after an on-site assessment and are based on the conditions we observe. If hidden conditions change the scope of work, we will explain the change and get your approval before continuing. Payment terms are confirmed at booking.

## 4\. Scheduling and Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a test, assessment or install. For real estate tests, tell us your inspection and closing dates when you book so we can plan around them.

## 5\. Radon Testing

Accurate test results depend on closed-house conditions and an undisturbed test device. You agree to follow the test instructions we provide. We are not responsible for results affected by open windows or doors, moved or tampered devices, or other conditions outside our control. A single short-term test is a snapshot and may not reflect your home's long-term average.

## 6\. Warranty

Radon mitigation systems and installations we complete are covered by a 5-year warranty. Warranty details, including what is covered and how to make a claim, are provided in writing with your system. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alterations by others, power interruptions or acts of nature.

## 7\. Results

Our systems routinely reduce radon levels significantly, but radon levels depend on soil, weather, construction and how the home is used. Results can vary from home to home. Every install includes a post-mitigation test to confirm performance, and we will work with you if results are not where they should be.

## 8\. Website Content

Information on this website, including guides and calculators, is for general educational purposes. It is not medical, legal or engineering advice. Calculator outputs are estimates only. Contact a credentialed radon professional about your specific home.
